My family lives in the village where Tutto Calabria is based. In fact I just returned from there (they're 3 houses away from my family but that's another story LOL) All produce used by Tutto Calabria are organic and the recipies used are traditional to the region. This stuff is good on just about anything! If you don't like high spicy, don't purchase this item. All the Tuto Calabria products are wonderful!

This hot spread can be used on bread (forget mayonnaise) or thinned down with olive oil and serve with linguini and grated cheese.

I've been searching for a product like this for a while now. A business associate of mine brought me some "pepper spread" that his Italian mother makes and it was great. So I started looking for a similar product in grocery stores and specialty shops. This is the first one that I would buy again. It's quite hot and delicious! I love to spread this on crusty bread and eat it along with dinner.
